III. The principle block diagram

  6. Operating methods and procedures
1. To operate pre -

2. Voltage calibration setting
(1) plug in the power cord, open the control box power switch 2, Table 8 shows voltage and current displayed in table 7, and 0.75 times the voltage display Table 11 shows the values are zero.

(5) anti-clockwise adjustment voltage setting knob 17, so that high-voltage turn-off, when the 3 red lights out, "over-voltage" indicator light 5.

3. Sample test
(1) in the high-voltage output terminal between the terminal and access to test materials.
(2) Open the power switch 2, touch of "high-voltage open" button 15, "high-voltage open" light is 3 (red) light, slow coarse tune voltage adjustment knob 18 and voltage fine-tuning knob 19 to be tested. 7. Common Faults and handling
No reason to deal with the phenomenon of
1 connected to a power switch, power switch indicator light does not shine, each table shows the first non-power bad; insurance into line disconnect power and check connections; replacement insurance
2 control box "to open high-pressure" light is bright but not high-voltage output signal output cable bad or open circuit, short circuit the cable, is checked whether the phenomenon is not connected or has open and reliable short-circuit phenomenon
3 step-up after boot but no display measuring voltage input ammeter bad cable or circuit, short circuit the cable, is checked whether the phenomenon is not connected or has open and reliable short-circuit phenomenon
4 can not switch 1) to reconcile the rough is not fine-tune the zero potentiometer or damage
2) the last operation over-voltage or over-flow for
1) coarse potentiometer fine-tune to reconcile back to zero or replacement
2) the closure of power switch, re-open
